We begin accepting online reservations on January 1st and the Massachusetts Junior Conservation Camp fills up quickly. The total tuition is $1100 for the full twelve-day session. Tuition covers lodging expenses, as well as food and activities. Some optional activities may have additional costs associated, but most will be included with the standard tuition. Campers will be sent information about the optional programs in early summer.
In order to reserve a place in the next session, campers will need to complete our online registration and send (by postal mail) a $550 deposit. Full tuition must by paid by May 1st. After that date, any students on the waiting list may be selected to replace those who have not paid the full tuition price.
All tuition checks should be made out to the Massachusetts Junior Conservation Camp (MJCC) and mailed to PO Box 306, Northborough, MA 01532.
Any registered camper who cannot attend camp should notify the camp and sponsors (if any) immediately.
Cancellations must be received in writing by May 1st in order to receive a refund (minus a 10% administrative fee). Applicants who have provided tuition or a deposit, but were put on the waiting list will receive a refund in the event space does not become available.
Refund requests (less the deposit) received after May 1st will be granted for extenuating circumstances only, on a case-by-case basis, determined by the Board of Directors.
