Tuition covers lodging expenses, as well as food and activities. Some optional activities may have additional costs associated, but most will be included with the standard tuition.

In order to reserve a place in the next session, campers will need to complete our online registration and send (by postal mail) a $575 deposit. Full tuition must be paid by May 1st. After that date, any students on the waiting list may be selected to replace those who have not paid the full tuition price.

All tuition checks should be made out to the Massachusetts Junior Conservation Camp (MJCC) and mailed to PO Box 306, Northborough, MA 01532.

  Cancellations and Refunds

Any registered camper who cannot attend camp should notify the camp and sponsors (if any) immediately.

Cancellations must be received in writing by May 1st in order to receive a refund (a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds). Applicants who have provided tuition or a deposit, but were put on the waiting list will receive a refund in the event space does not become available.

Refund requests received after May 1st may be granted for extenuating circumstances only, on a case-by-case basis, determined by the Board of Directors.

The curriculum includes hunter education course certification, which may require online learning prior to camp attendance. All sections of the courses must be completed, and attendance for the entire camp session is required in order to earn these certificates.
